If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and companions.
Lara Dark Secrets is an exclusive companionship agency that provides introductions between clients and companions for social, corporate, and personal companionship purposes. All services provided are strictly non-sexual in nature. Companions are engaged for their time, personality, and social presence only. Any arrangement or activity beyond the scope of agreed companionship is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the individuals involved. Lara Dark Secrets accepts no liability for any conduct that falls outside the agreed scope of service.
All clients and companions must be a minimum of 20 years of age. By using our services or accessing this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to refuse service to any individual who cannot confirm their age.
All bookings and enquiries are handled with the utmost discretion. Clients are required to provide accurate personal information when making an enquiry. Lara Dark Secrets reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may require advance notice.
Both clients and companions are bound by a strict code of confidentiality. Any personal information, details of meetings, or identities of parties involved must not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances. Breach of this confidentiality obligation may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
All clients are expected to treat companions with the highest level of respect and dignity at all times. Any form of harassment, disrespectful behaviour, or conduct that makes a companion feel unsafe will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund, and the client will be permanently blacklisted from our agency.
Cancellations must be made with reasonable advance notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Lara Dark Secrets acts solely as an introduction agency and accepts no liability for the conduct of clients or companions during or after any arranged meeting. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from the use of our services or any interaction between clients and companions.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of Lara Dark Secrets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
